I thought this was a great book. I think this is great for healthier recipes. It seems to have some good recipes in it. They all seem simple enough for anyone to make them too. I never knew about the DASH diet this either. It was interesting to learn more about that at the beginning of this book. This is certainly one great book for beginners.

very simple and the meals are absolutely satisfying and delicious! There are so many wonderful options offered here that I am sure I will be able to find great a great recipe that will allow me to be satisfied and remain on this wonderful plan. I highly recommend this book!

awesome diet


I feel so comfortable with the set of meal/recipes i find in this book. Considering the fantastic health benefit, It has given me enough reason why i should follow this diet strictly, to achieve weight loss and low blood pressure level. I have also found a very good means for me to start making my homemade meal without going out to public places to eat or relying on junks.
