Eating Clean With Results

Avoiding foods that are processed is something I try to do and have done well in the past. Recently, I’ve gotten into the bad habit of eating way too much of these types of foods. I saw a fluctuation in weight gain and my energy level took a plummet. I decided to pick up this book as a refresher. Boy, did it help! Within a couple days I saw my energy level spike back up to where it used to be. Susan is able to outline the perfect “do’s” and “don’ts” of any clean eating diet. The recipes in this book range from breakfast, all the way to snacks. I can honestly say I would try every single recipe in this book. Not to mention, both coffee, tea and other beverages are covered and talked about. Zucchini noodles are a good alternative to regular pasta. I would have never thought of that! I love that there is a chapter about desserts as well. Just because you eat clean doesn’t mean you can’t have dessert!

Clean Eating Is All You Need; Healthy Living!

I have been struggling with weight issues for the longest time now and so I decided to start eating healthy and that's why I purchased Clean Eating book. Clean eating means you avoid any processing that changes the food from its original state which is a much healthier state to live and get energy naturally. This book illustrates clearly the do's and don't of clean eating which have really helped me so far. There are numerous delicious recipes that one can use from this book with step to step instructions on how to prepare them. Clean foods are filled with vitamins and fresh minerals so why not go for clean eating? This has been the best read this year and I look forward to maintaining a clean eating schedule. This is a must purchase for everyone! Highly recommended.

Clean Eating for All

Clean eating can be hard to grasp. This book shows that anyone can learn how to eat clean and enjoy their food. It features very clear recipes for people of all dietary needs. It allows you to understand the benefits of clean eating. With its vast variety of recipes, you are given enough variety to satisfy your nutritional needs for all your meals.

Clean Eating Never Tasted so Good!

In my quest for clean eating, I found Susan's book a real boost! I'm already shopping the perimeter of the grocery store and shunning sugar, but I needed to add variety to my throw-healthy-stuff-together-and-eat-it form of meal preparation. Your book was just what I needed.

Loved the Baba Ganoush and I found the Date Balls a perfect treat. I'm starting to prepare my own salad dressings, so the clean eating versions you included are just what I was looking for. I've now got my eye on some of the beverages; with the temperature soaring I could use some cooling refreshment! That basil lemonade concoction sounds different but I bet it's tasty. It's time to quit writing and start chilling.

Get Healthier with Clean Eating Recipes

I wasn’t totally sure what “Clean Eating” was until I read the intro to this book. I thought it was some Vegetarian diet, but I was wrong. The book explains that there are vegetarian dishes included in the diet, but there are also meat dishes. The primary thing is that the ingredients do not include processed foods. The book did a great job at explaining what processed foods are and how to avoid them. The book also has many delicious recipes. There are those for breakfast, salads with dressings, meat recipes including poultry, seafood and other meats, stir fry recipes, snacks including sweets, and even some Anti-Inflammatory and Ketogenic recipes. I particularly like the chapter with recipes for what you would normally consider processed foods that are ingredients put in individual dishes. This includes things like applesauce, hot sauce, broth, nut butters, ketchup, oyster sauce and marmalade. I thought I would have problems listening to the recipes, but they are so easy to make, you just switch on the recipe you like and make it right along with the delightful narrator. The recipes are simply delicious and easy to make. You will be able to eat clean with this book.

Great book.

As I continue to educate myself to become a healthier me, I continue to look for recipes that are on the healthier spectrum of things, and that are easy to prepare. This book mentioned many recipes that are easy and fast to prepare.

Delicious Healthy Recipes

I loved the meals this book gives for eating healthy. I thought they would be tasteless due to the healthiness but they are not. They actually taste pretty good! The book also has a bunch of useful information for anyone who is trying to eat healthy. I am glad I have it in my library to get future meal ideas from.
