Publisher's summary

The safest, most portable and do-able cardiovascular workout is a power walk, whether you do it outside, on a track, or on a treadmill. We start you off slowly, so you nail proper walking form and pacing. If you want a more intense or longer walk, simply keep putting one foot in front of the other! You can safely walk to burn calories and tone up every day of the week. Just make sure you stretch afterwards, and have fun!

put me to sleep... zzzzzzzzzzzzzz

A short walk around my neighborhood lasted longer than this workout. The voice successfully lulled me into a state of boredom, calling me to the couch for a nap immediately after I walked. Reverse psychology I guess. I get a better workout with some cool tunes.
Nice enough, but it just didn't do it for me.

Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
