Wow this diet works great! I find it much easier to follow the instructions in this book than diets I tried before... Its straight forward, easy to follow and you dont have to throw away yummy foods! I recommend this book for all!
This is my first time listening a Bulletproof diet book and is really interested to find out what this book can offer. I like the fact that the Author, John Carter, has put so much effort in writing this book and I can say that he made a thorough research on this. From defining what Bulletproof diet is, the list of foods to consume and avoid, diet plan and recipes. The best part for me is the Bulletproof Coffee Recipes, I love drinking coffee and this book just gave me healthy recipe drinks associated with the diet. Recipes are all delicious with easy-to-follow instructions. I get to enjoy every meal and dessert I eat as I follow this diet without worrying about my health.
First time I've heard of this type of diet and it sounds interesting.As what the author explained, this diet is quite similar to ketogenic diet.And this book explained further on its guidelines to follow to acquire your desired diet goal, plus the samples of recipes.Interestingly, an alcoholic and non-alcohol beverages are also on the menu, so overall, it has a good content.

Let me share you a little about my personal experience a few weeks into just loosely following the diet. I'm 43 years of age and not overweight but I've noticed my muscle tone is getting better, my shoulders are more broad and my waist is smaller. I'm sleeping more restfully than I have in decades and my mental acuity and recall have been greatly improved. I'm a writer by trade and my creativity has been off the charts. I could never follow this diet to the letter but can vouch at least for the short term benefits of what the author is teaching and plan on continuing to experiment with his nutritional philosophy. I'm going to get a physical soon and will be anxious to see how the diet has changed my blood readings. This book will give you lots things to consider and will improve the quality of your life.
