    "Exactly what I needed."

    Personally I enjoyed the structure of the book. The concepts and methods are concisely and clearly articulated.After reading several books on memory this one took a different approach and I found it the most helpful. A must listen for people who really want to improve their memory. The book is crisp, to the point and provides some very practical tools to learn new materials faster. I thoroughly enjoyed the book.

    "I really could make use of this advice"

    This is not any overly long book, like a deeply written book. That's in a way a good thing, because you get straight to the point. All the guidelines are easily practicable, like the proper meals. That is of crucial for you anyway, i.e. eating a balanced healthy diet. Some other ideas I instantly liked, like stimulating your brain with exercises, and activities like learning to use the non-dominant hand, doing new things, breaking monotony... I could really use this advice, coz I am a fairly monotonous person...

    This book provides helpful physical and mental exercises for the brain to help it keep sharp and active. The author has put together a great deal of valuable information in this book along with practical ways on how to improve concentration. Overall, a very good book about ways to improve your brain power that is easy to understand and put in a way most people can do and would find it beneficial for their health as well. I definitely will read this book from time to time to always remind me how to enhance my brain power.<br/>

    Any additional comments?

    Concentration, focus, memory, learning are one of the most useful brain skills you would need in your everyday life, so I think it’s very important to work on that part. And I am pretty impressed with this book, it explains in an easy way how to improve your memory with simple exercises that you can do anywhere and anytime. I'm having fun working out the challenges in the book! I learned here a lot of techniques regarding the previous mentioned of the improved power of the brain. This book has a very informative content that I will surely use every now and then. I really like this book.<br/>

    It feels really good to know that a lot more can be done to improve myself in the way I read and retain things. I trust that all of the information in this book is genuine because, just as it contain new tips that can be applied to help improve one's memory, it also contain familiar ones which I know work well. It's really helpful that will lead us to improve more our brain memory . We need to apply it and follow all the guides that surely effective. We should to maintain our active brain to use it in proper way. So that our lives will completely successful and all aspects will always be there.

    "This is so fantastic book its full of information"

    I learned here a lot of techniques regarding the previous mentioned of the improved power of the brain. The author shares a wide range of activities by which we can regain our power of our brain's’ activity. I tried out some of the memory system exercises while I listen this, but they were more successful when I actually gave those exercises a separate time in my schedule.This is so fantastic book its full of information, tips and exercises in improving brain function. I recommend this book to everyone, especially students, because the aforementioned skills are highly beneficial for their performance in education process.

    "I LOVE THIS BOOK."

    This cookbook explains the Gaps diet but it is mostly recipes which is good because there aren't enough quality Gaps recipes out there. All recipes are fully Gaps compliant and even if you aren't doing Gaps you can eat them with a family member who is and still enjoy them. They taste great.

    "Great Book on Initiating Cognitive Functioning"

    This book is concise and to the point offering some practical, yet often forgotten activities and tips to increase cognitive function. I particularly like the Author's focus on nutrition and the ideas at the end of the book were unique something I never see or heard of. Didn't really know that flossing had a benefit more than just keeping the your teeth clean!

    "Brain Power, Improve Your Mind as You Age"
    What did you like best about this story?

    I highly recommend this book to everyone of all ages. I am not a regular reader, but my husband suggested that I listen it. I have not been able to put this book down. Bought the book and took two full days to read it cover to cover and take notes. Not a fast listen if you would like to implement the ideas you learn.<br/>
