Good starting block

I found this book very helpful in finding natural ways to boost metabolism and how to track metabolism to lose weight! I'm already seeing results through using the right foods and exercise explained in the book.This is a good read to get you on the right path to losing weight. Sometimes the simple changes make the greatest difference.

Great info!

This is an extremely informative book! I put my father on the Gut Diet regime and he's been having amazing results. This is a good book to try if you are willing and able to stick to a restrictive diet from phase one and overall make lasting lifestyle changes. I would recommend this book for anyone who is interested in improving his or her health. I think it is very helpful in adjusting your lifestyle to healthier eating.

am least knowledgeable when it comes to super foods so I found this book very interesting and intriguing. As a cancer patient, I now pay close attention to food and anything I ingest. Better late than never and this book helped me to decide a good and proper diet. I will use much of what I learned and put it into practice. My thanks to the author for a fine book.

Well informed, good content.

Very useful book! This book was easy to read,educational, and eye opening. It taught me a lot about the state of my health and how its linked to my metabolic rate. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to understand their metabolism, food, rest and exercise and how they all interact. Really worth recommending!
