incredible book

Incredible packed with useful training and nutrition advice as well as actionable steps to improve your body. Science-backed and full of the most up-to-date information. the author is a well-respected fitness trainer who practices what she preaches and super smart.

Within 5 minutes, I heard "I buried myself in research" and "grass fed chicken". Full of bro science. There are some good info, but hard to extract from bs.

Very informative

Aside from listening to the narrator like a teacher reading to a crowd of pre-schoolers lol, it’s very informative, makes sense and it’s great for a beginner, intermediate or advance bodybuilders. A good refresher course. It’s not one of those “Buy our meal, diet or workout programs!” types. It’s a general, basic fundamentals of bodybuilding. 👍👍

What I liked about this book was how complete it was. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to compete as a natural bodybuilder, or anyone who wants to get in great shape. I gave it 5 stars because I felt the book had everything you need, I finished the book and didn't have any unanswered questions. Could not have placed without it.

A friend bought this book so we could have a workout to do together. Our goal was to put on a lot of muscle. It worked! For those who know how to work out, but have maybe lost direction, this book gives you a selection of great programs to choose from. The author clearly knows what he is talking about. The book is well explained and easy . This is not just a workout program. It also includes diet, warm ups, and a ton of knowledge about the human body. I would recommend this book for everyone
