    What I liked about this book was how complete it was. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to compete as a natural bodybuilder, or anyone who wants to get in great shape.     A friend bought this book so we could have a workout to do together. Our goal was to put on a lot of muscle. It worked! For those who know how to work out, but have maybe lost direction, this book gives you a selection of great programs to choose from. The author clearly knows what he is talking about. The book is well explained and easy . This is not just a workout program. It also includes diet, warm ups, and a ton of knowledge about the human body. I would recommend this book for everyone
