I needed a quick listen No.that could easily get me going to understand what to eat and not to eat. I also loved the shopping list and recipes.<br/>Awesome book.All things considered, it has a great deal of formulas in there that sound extremely yummy and I can hardly wait to attempt them. Great book and it has a wide assortment of formulas for even the pickiest eaters like me.

I love it..

I have really enjoyed this book

This book changed my life 16 years ago and I'm still using it as a guideline for optimum health. Say what you want but following this diet of do and do no cured a lifetime illness, hypoglycemia. This is a very condensed version of the Eat Right For Your Type Book. This is perfect to throw in you purse when dinning out. Great information!!

A Big Help!

This book helped me with my swarm of allergies so much! I would recommend this book to other allergy suffers or those that support them. It's for blood type O whether you are negative or positive. It makes it so much easier to shop and eat out with this handy guide. I keep it in my car and refer to it before eating in a restaurant and carry it into the grocer when shopping.

Recommended by a friend. This one needs the other two books (Live right &amp; Eat right for your blood type) to really make sense. Good reference material This booklet is VERY helpful and the size will easily fit on your handbag to carry it around and consult it whenever needed.
