My health is so much better now!

This book was an eye opener for me. I've always wondered why I have such a hard time digesting certain foods--especially proteins. Since I started following the guidelines for my blood type in combination with intermittent fasting I've lost 60 lbs in 6 months and I feel the healthiest I've felt in a long time. My blood pressure is down, blood sugar, A1C, are at record lows for me. Highly recommend this book.

My health is so much better now!

I first heard about this diet about 12 years ago when I was visiting a naturopathic physician. I didn't follow the plan then but tucked the information away for later. Later came about four months ago. I've been overweight, tired and hormonal. I was having trouble losing weight, and my cholesterol was sky high, and the doctor was threatening to start me on meds. When doing some reading on weight loss, I came across the eat right 4 your blood type diet. I remembered the naturopath bringing it to my attention and decided to give it a try.

Interesting how the different blood types developed. Also, interesting how foods affect the well being of blood types. Trying to follow this to some degree, but there are foods that I am not ready to give up because of my blood type. Informative and is helpful to understand why some foods make a person feel sluggish and not well, and then foods that are good for you make you feel very well. A good learning book about blood types.

The right diet is specific to you.

I love this book, I have made several food items already and they are delicious.. I am rather new at this, so this book was perfect for me. Includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks,desserts and much more While some sources say the anthropology is askew, the general guidance is logical. The format of tables for foods does not translate well to the Kindle. I recommend the paper version.

Everyone Should Know!

Found this book very informative and I have noticed a change in my health since adopting some of the author's guidelines. The recipes are good but a bit too time consuming for me. I am a working mom and would like to see more simple quick and easy recipes. Most are too long and time consuming but overall the ones I've tried turned out good. love the information contained in the book and recipes. beautiful illustrations. i like having it in my library for blood type information.

I needed help cooking for a diabetic

It is an excellent guide and reference. Type A's are a hard lot to cook for. They are exacting, always in a rush. Good thing is this is right on. This updated book makes it easy to shop and recipes are simple enough to follow. I bought the A blood type for my husband so we can match up recipes that we can do together. The eating according to your blood type really works, if you want to feel good and maintain a healthy weight, give this a try, you will feel better within days! Thank you.

Good selection of stuff i'll ACTUALLY make

Obviously this is a cook book, so some recipes look great, while others make me want to gag... but it's all about preference. I'm a huge supporter of Frankie Jameson and all his research, so maybe I'm a bit biased... but it's nice to know I have some go-to healthy recipies that don't break the bank. cookbooks are useful, for when the brain stops thinking of ways to create meals that are worth eating. Of course, it does depend on palate, and of course, proper food combining. Ideas are worth having. This is a good cookbook to have around. Especially if you hit a plateau on fat loss. I use this as a troubleshooting tool to infuse other tastes into mealtime.

A Wealth of Recipes

A great companion book to "Eat Right for Your Type". It has been a valuable tool in changing our meal plans for the better. I purchased this as a companion piece to the course I took on this subject. Obviously this is a cook book, so some recipes look great, while others make me want to gag... but it's all about preference. Effective one.

Awesome book. At first I didn't think I might want any of the formulas when I looked on Amazon's review of the book, as I have a tendency to be critical, in any case, I felt free to try it attempt and obtained the book. All things considered, it has a great deal of formulas in there that sound extremely yummy and I can hardly wait to attempt them. Great book and it has a wide assortment of formulas for even the pickiest eaters like me.

I am slowly learning to cook healthy foods for myself that are actually tasty. Finding the ingredients is still a challenge. And I live in California with lots of vegans and vegetarians. Calorie count which is missing would be useful.
