    "Great for reviewing but you need the book"

    I like this book and the audiobook immensely. They are full of invaluable information that can save you time and money while trying to get the body you want. My only problem with the audiobook is that for me, it is too difficult to visualize the stretches and workout programs without having the visuals of the book. This is also true for the calculations/formulas given throughout the book. You really need the physical book to get the most out of this material.

    A bit of an information overload, especially with the Audible version, however that is preferable to some of the other fitness books I've consumed. Write things down as you listen if you can.

    "Great addition to the first book."

    This is a great book, but I wish I had known there was a first edition prior to purchasing this book. It does help with those who want to work out, just ensure you read the first edition prior to reading this one. I do recommend this book.

    Enjoyed this book, the concepts are great, however there is lots of repetition.

    I believe that Mike Matthews truly cares about his readers.
