Some words of inspiration, but the info is very basic. Workout routines are extremely basic and generic. The nutritional facts are unfounded and even contradicted in this book. Example- "you can eat what you want whenever you want" (which is completely wrong) and later, "whey protein is best eaten close to your workout".
Ok for complete beginners, but there are many better books if you want to progress at all.
