Incomplete Product

This audio book as sold on this site is incomplete. It refers to a printed Atkins Glycemic Rating list during the reading of the book and asks you to review it an refer to it; however, the list does not come with the book, thereby making the book useless.

This book was read at a pace that was too fast.

Yes will definitely try other books from these authors but not from this narrator.

don't remember at the moment as I read other Atkins' books

It was read at a too rapid monotonous pace and was hard to follow.
