Good Ideas to Relieve Pain

Start Healing Yourself With Anti-Inflammatory Diet

The recipes that are in this book are not only tasty, but also amazing for an anti inflammatory diet. This book has completely changed my view on a diet. Since trying this, I feel 100 times better. Susan has a great knowledge on this subject and it shows in this book. She even suggest how to start an anti inflammatory diet! Everything you need is covered in this book, from meals to snacks. If you don’t know where to start, or just want to read a book to gain better knowledge and understanding of this diet, this book is for you. Her action plans for starting are a great resource for beginners or even people who have strayed away from this diet. Not only are the recipes superb but also Susan describes in detail what causes inflammation for a medical standpoint. Definitely worth a read!

Chronic inflammation causes diseases such as diabetes,heart disease,arthritis etc.Fighting chronic inflammation calls for lifestyle changes. I found amazing recipes in this book enough to provide good eating and wonderful variety for months of culinary enjoyment. Anti-inflammatory diet include fruits,vegetables,spices,herbs,yummy fats and tasty sweets. This book has helped me understand chronic inflammation and the successful ways to combat it. Anti-Inflammatory Resources

I found this book very helpful in my quest to reduce inflammation. The recipes are proving a wonderful resource, giving me fresh ideas for foods I have not thought of. I also appreciated the information on what to eat and - more importantly - what to avoid.

Nutritious but delicious

I’ve had some problems with bloating and pain for a while so was interested in what I could apply from this diet to help me. I was really shocked to learn what inflammation can cause but was relieved to learn that steps can be taken to control, manage and in some circumstances even reverse the effects of chronic inflammation.
I have a whole list of foods I am going to be adding to my diet and more importantly a bunch I will be taking away, but I am super excited to try some of these recipes, they really sound not only nutritious but delicious.
