A Wealth of Information!

This audible book is amazing! I've wanted to try an aip diet for a long time but was overwhelmed by the lists of what to and not to eat. This book gives specific meal plans and recipes that made it much less complicated.

Excellent guide!

If you suffer from any inflammatory diseases I highly recommend this book, it explains the inflammatory reasons and how many of the foods we eat worsen the condition. The recipes are very good and I especially love the action plan in the book. I highly recommend this audible book if you or someone you know is suffering from inflammatory diseases. Great price also,well worth it.

Recommanded!

My husband and I are eating our way through the book. Not sure I'm noticing that much inflammation difference but it's not all we are eating. My only issue is if you follow the eating plan you don't have much to eat. I'm doing the vegan plan and have tried one of the Salmon dishes. But for vegan plan you might just be eating some roasted cauliflower (only) or broccoli slaw (only) for dinner or lunch.

Good audio quality!

I learned a lot from this book. I was able to see what kinds of foods were good for you and what ones to avoid. Their were a lot of foods that were better to avoid then I thought. I'm glad I was able to read more about them. They have an anti-inflammatory action plan that works for everyone They have four different categories and those are vegan, paleo, Mediterranean and time-saving. There are also a lot of great recipes.

Very useful!

I have not really finished the book but I have been enjoying some of the recipes and I love them. I love the Spinach muffins. I have already lost 2 pounds in the 2 and 1/2 wks I have been making some of the recipes. I hope this way of eating will curtail the arthritis inflammation which is starting to creep up in my system. I am sure I will benefit with overall health.

Would you consider the audio edition of Anti-Inflammatory Diet to be better than the print version?

Great starter book for those agony with irritation. I adored the introduction and have denoted a few formulas I intend to make. Officially made 1 this week and I adored it!
