Very good suggest you all......

The best part of this cookbook is the taste of the recipes. You don't need to have inflammatory pain to enjoy the meals, my whole family eats these meals together and loves them.

idea helpful book

My partner had a bad flare up recently and tried to do a quick of inflammation causing foods. This meal plan turned out to be just what the doctor ordered! Honestly, even if you aren't a big believer in food being capable of reducing inflammation, you will be convinced if you stick to this meal plan .

Wonderful red book

I personally love the meal plan. It makes everything seem so easy when you just have a simple plan to follow for a month that will get rid of your aching pain once and for all.
If you just want an easy way to make the pain go away then I can 100% recommend this book.

super useful

The best thing about this book is how easy it is to get rid of the pain. The cookbook is structured as a meal plan, so you just start at day 1 and eat the three meals for that day. You do this every day for and the author promises your inflammatory pain will be reduced. Well, I was not disappointed. My inflammation has decreased dramatically and I'm literally only on day 5 of the meal plan. If you have pain, grab this book. It will help.

It is amazing what a few teaks in my diet did to reduce my painful inflammation I was experiencing. What we eat impacts every part of our body and I was tired of just eating the same boring meals to avoid triggering a painful episode.

Wow amazing book

This book has been a game-changer for her and for our family. Suddenly she has almost all delicious recipes to choose from, all of them are strictly anti-inflammatory foods, and all of them we can enjoy together as a family without anyone feeling left out.
The book has a meal plan but we are just using it for the recipes we want to make. It is great either way.

I love is book

This is a great cookbook for people like my mother in-law who are adhering to a strict anti-inflammatory diet. My Mother in law swears by eating anti-inflammatory foods and we've seen a big difference in how much activity she is able to handle when she is eating the right foods. Unfortunately, there was so little variety in her diet that our family was starting to feel bad about eating whatever we wanted around her while she could hardly eat anything.

Excellent book

Whether you are looking for a strict eating plan, or a timer-saver, this book provides you with all of the information you need to get started, with lots of options to cater to your taste preferences, boost your immune system and reduce inflammation throughout your body. I don't write reviews often, but I had to for this book. I was just diagnosed with an inflammatory condition, and I found this book to be super helpful.
