    "Confidence builder."

    I for one don't have a considerable measure of irritation issues, fortunately yet I do think this is extremely useful when continually being watchful for new sound methods for cooking and formulas. Simple formulas with not very many fixings which I like from that point forward my body does not have separate much. Cherish it!

    "Interesting recipes..."
    Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

    Great recipes and easy to follow eating plans to suit all. If you suffer from any inflammatory diseases I highly recommend this book, it explains the inflammatory reasons and how many of the foods we eat worsen the condition. The recipes are not complicated, they are really easy to follow.

    You know sometimes recipes have a ton of ingredients and can get overwhelming, she makes it extremely easy. The research in this book is really good as well.<br/>

    Awesome! Great recipes and easy to follow eating plans to suit all. I have an autoimmune disease and so this book has been very useful in guiding me to eat food which doesn't cause inflammation. The food is great, I haven't felt as if I am restricted in my diet in anyway. Clearly illustrated too which helps. Really worth recommending!<br/>

    This is the best Anti-Inflammatory cookbook. It provides variations to recipes based on the approach you want to take. The recipes taste good. It's the best tool I have for making the lifestyle change I want to make.<br/>

    Taking the advice desperate for some autoimmune flareup relief. I'm on week 2, not healed but vastly better than I was at the moment. My symptoms come and go, so they might have been going. Either way I'm definitely making better food choices at the store when I shop now. Definitely not as cheap to shop but fresh is fresh<br/>

    First, let me state, I purchased this book. I am not a paid reviewer nor have I received anything for doing a review.<br/>Some of the recipes are time consuming.<br/>Some of the recipes have ingredients that I had to look for - they weren't in my regular grocery store. I was able to find everything at a high end grocer.<br/>The food is good, or at least I like most of it.<br/>It is hard work only if you allow it to be. I haven't made every recipe in the book. I make what I like.

    "An Absolute MUST for an Anti-Inflammatory Diet"

    This book is phenomenal for anyone trying to steer toward anti-inflammatory foods! The author does an incredible job of clearly laying out what is causing inflammation in your diet and then does an equally fantastic job proposing alternatives that help cut back on inflammation. Not only that but she goes above and beyond by offering countless recipes for every meal and even snacks. While I haven’t tried them all, they sound absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this book for anyone looking to eat healthier, especially if you are struggling with inflammation.

    "Very Informative Anti-inflammatory Diet Guide!"
    What did you love best about Anti-Inflammatory Diet?

    I checked out this book because I've been interested in an anti-inflammatory diet for a while, mostly at the insistence of my mother, but also because I haven't' been feeling myself lately. This book helped me realize why that was by breaking down the symptoms of chronic inflammation, and exactly why the body responds this way. Susan is very informative about chronic inflammation and it shows in this book.

    The recipes don't see difficult and don't have foods that would be hard for an everyday person to find, I'm especially excited to try Pomegranate Steak and the Strawberry-Almond Fruit Pops. The book even helps you figure out how to start a routine, suggesting you start by eliminating one "bad" food at a time. I will definitely be recommending this to my mother and friends. <br/>

    "Useful Anti-inflammatory information"
    What did you love best about Anti-Inflammatory Diet?

    I would have to say that this book is packed with information that you will learn a lot from if you are searching for specific information about inflammation. It is straight to the point, transparent and helped me understand the origins of some of my burning sensations. This book would be a great help for people writing book reports or simple articles, or just want to learn something about inflammation. I will say that I did not know about the process of white blood cells lying dormant and attacking the body because of unhealthy eating habits. It also gives some unique ways on how to reduce imflammation and breaks down each Vitamin and how they will benefit you.

    Good information for people who are unfamiliar with the iIlness. I also liked the action plan steps that list specific things to do to stay healthy. Moreover, there were lots and lots of recipes in the book that were useful for all types of occasions. The snacks chapter defintiely helped me out, thanks. I will recommend this book for sure. 5/5.<br/>
