Really good tips for living longer and healthier!

I really like the authors approach to fighting the aging process. Lots of practical advice, including an emphasis on anti aging supplements, diet recommendations as well as strength training among many other things. I have started to incorporate more strength training and supplementation into my life and have been feeling much better. Definitely recommended to those who want to grow old and not weak!

If you want to look younger, get this book and listen to it. Then go and try some of the good (and cheap) ideas on yourself. In a few months your skin will be looking much younger and you will be impressed what you can do without an expensive spa trip.

Anti-Aging Secrets, in my kitchen!! who knew?

Where does Anti-Aging rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This Anti Aging audio book is actually the reason I downloaded Audible in the first place. I am a new customer to Audible, but I have read a couple of Ace McClouds books prior to this one. In one of his others books, Coaching Strategies, he mentioned this audio so I became a member of Audible and I love this site!! Anti-Aging is fantastic..really top-notch.

What other book might you compare Anti-Aging to and why?

The closest comparison would be to Body by Dell, by Dell White. The practical solutions to just about every basic aging issue a woman or man might have is covered in Anti-Aging. Step by step sugar scrubs for skin, what foods to eat and when to get the most benefit, exercise that would give me tone and not bulk..it's all covered

What does Joshua Mackey bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Love, love, love the moderator. He is very articulate and ebbs and flows with the verbiage of the book.

Easy to follow Anti-Aging techniques. FINALLY,<br/>This audio is full of easy, every day simple things even I can follow to change to a healthy lifestyle. I had no idea that most of what I need to cure under eye dark circles, bags and crow’s feet are in my kitchen! The exercise routine is so easy to follow too. I honestly was afraid of becoming too bulky if I worked out, that was my biggest concern but Ace really puts in a way that makes sense to tone and tighten, which is exactly what I am looking for. I really got an education on how certain foods can contribute to tightening your skin and water retention. It’s a must audio!!<br/>

Great Choice for Anti-Aging Enthusiasts

This audio book was full of a slew of tips and tricks to cease the aging process. Typically, anti-aging remedies include expensive products that you can't count on even working. The great thing about this audio book is that the tips it provides are manageable, natural and inexpensive. I'm very excited to start incorporating these methods into my life.

Anti Aging Techniques That Are Natural And Work!

Anti Aging by Ace is a book everyone who wants to slow down the aging process and look younger should have. Slowing down the aging process is achievable and very easy when you follow the proven steps in this book. There various causes of aging which is infact a natural process that happens to every living thing and is inevitable. Aging is affected by a combination of genetic and environmental factors. Ace has written about inexpensive and natural methods for looking young and what better ideas where you dont have to spend a lot in pricey commercial products. Some of this include,white sugar which assists aging,white sugar and lemon juice,keeping the eye area looking great by getting good amounts of sleep, avoiding use of foundation make up as it clogs up the skin and instead use a moisturizer,pay attention to your hands and many more methods outlined herein. Great guide on slowing down aging process. I highly recommend!

get the benefits naturally

It overwhelms me how many beauty products are out there, all making claims that they slow down the aging process. I know I'm seriously confused about what will work and what won't. This audio book helps me bypass all that by giving me alternative, non-expensive-beauty-products ways to do an anti-aging regimen.

Instead, the author tells you about all-natural, non-chemical ways, as well as other non-expensive ways, such as the best foods to eat, the best vitamins and supplements to take, and more.

Unfortunately, at this point, I have not read the printed version of "Anti-Aging."

Who was your favorite character and why?

Since this was a self-help book, there were no characters. Although, if I did need to choose, I would say Ace McCloud for writing the book, and Joshua Mackey for the upbeat way he narrates it.

What does Joshua Mackey bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I have listened to many books that Joshua Mackey has narrated, and each and every time he brings excitement into Ace's words. He makes it a pleasure to listen to, as well as making it easy to take notes.

Handy anti aging tips

I found this guide very interesting as there are many anti-aging products on the market that all claim to be the best or the most effective in combating aging but they are extremely overpriced and often have very dubious ingredients in them, so I loved that this audio book points to natural methods and remedies. For example, it points to the importance of diet, exercise and sleep. I had no idea there were so many superfoods that are good for the health of our skin and can also aid your sleep. I will definitely be trying a number of the tips and techniques in this guide to improve my body’s condition inside and out and slow down the course of aging without smearing my body in all the lotions and potions available on the market.

Highly; like many written by this particular author, it is both succinct enough to avoid waffling on and informative enough to ensure that the listener is thoroughly introduced to the subject.

There was no one particular moment that was more memorable than the rest, but the book itself was memorable overall.

I have been feeling so worried about my health lately because I have been recently hired for a job and it is stressful for me as I am still adjusting with the environment, workmates and my schedule. I have been having hard time getting some sleep and of course, lack of sleep causes a lot of problems including physical changes. Speaking of physical change, my eye bags have gotten worse and not just that, they come with dark circles! These horrendous changes urged me to look for remedies on the internet and that’s when I stumbled upon this audio book.<br/><br/>I have learned a lot from this audio book including the causes of aging, secrets of anti-aging, natural ways to slow down the aging process, and all that good stuff!<br/><br/>Oh, boy, I am so happy I’ve listened to this. I am seeing some improvements just by following the simple tips I have learned. Two thumbs up for this audio book!<br/>

Great Anti-Aging Tips

This book provided many great tips to stop the aging process but the best part was, all of the methods were natural and inexpensive. Rather than resorting to surgery, which I am not a fan of, the book suggested simple lifestyle changes that could make you look younger and live healthier.
The tips have really helped me look younger by being healthier and I'd recommend this book to anyone.

“Anti –Aging” by Ace McCloud is a great audio book how to look healthy and attractive. The best is to avoid certain product, that damage your skin.

What other book might you compare Anti-Aging to, and why?

I can compare "Anti-Aging" to "Acne", "Sleep" and "Health", by Ace McCloud because all audio books contain very handy tips how to look after your skin and what diet is most healthy for you. It is very difficult to slow or prevent aging process in natural way. The best is to avoid certain product, that damage your skin like cigarettes, alcohol, coffee and white sugar. I really like green tea, especially it is tasty, fresh and healthy.

Which scene did you most enjoy?

I like the way how we should treat wrinkles and keep the skin moisturising. The best are natural masks from avocado, honey and oranges. Also very handy is to stay free from make up or use it very gently, especially avoid foundation. Very old and good method, that reduces dark circles under eyes it to place chilled tea bag. It is really works, the same like cucumber.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, It is great audio book, ideal for one sitting session, before bed time or during your morning routine or even when you are traveling. Joshua MacKey is a fantastic narrator, with an excellent reading manner and enthusiastic voice. I like actively listen his performance that helps me to remember all details.<br/> <br/>

The secret of anti-aging is a healthy diet, massage, meditation and good sleep. McCloud provides very valuable links to video how do massage and practice meditation. I like also exercises like cardio and strength training. I find it very helpful how to exercise each day in different part of your body.
