best cookbook ever

Recipes in this book are delicious. I have acid reflux and was looking for some relief and I have found it. My husband does all our cooking and he said the first time this food is not good I am not eating it anymore. Well several months later he is still cooking with it and his favorite dish is the smoked salmon and he can recreate our meals now from memory.

Awesome book

This is a great book and the recipes are pretty tasty. The only downside is that for a working person it is pretty complicated to cook 5 meals a day. It also requires a substantial investment. When you compare it to the cost of medicine and the risks associated with PPIs, the cost is ok. The hardest part is the time and planning it takes to follow the diet.

good book for beginners

Excellent book! Lots of helpful, easy to understand information on acid reflux disease and how to reduce high acid foods in the diet. Important info & diet to heal throat burn.

An excellent audiobook

Information is accurate and recipes are easy but tasty and healthy. This audiobook provides an essential explanation, I would consider this audiobook to be a great bargain at twice the price. Highly recommended.

Good, straightforward info.

Simple info on GERD. My only complaint is that the second book contradicts the first with it's suggested foods. Milk is bad in one book, good in another. The same with coffee and lemons, etc.

easy guide

I am loving this book! The shopping lists make it so easy to prepare for the week. So far the recipes I have tried have been very easy to make and taste great

an amazing!

It also helps to improve my health conditions as well as prevent diseases and help to manage chronic conditions. They also append the benefits of the Alkaline diet which is good. It consists of a realistic approach to health. I like the history of it even how they explain the difference between the Alkaline diet and the Paleo diet. I love how this helps to lower chronic pain and Inflammation.

Excellent book......

This book has been a life-saver! If has good information in it, and the recipes are great! They're easy, with fresh/easy-to-find ingredients, can be prepared in a reasonable amount of time, and they are delicious! I've made several meals from this book and they were all hits. I highly recommend this.

Good book

I just got this book and I'm using it along with a low carb diet. It has a very extensive list of what to eat and what not to eat which is helpful and says that after a certain amount of time you can start to rotate some of the eliminated foods back in. Usually, all a person with reflux symptoms is to tell to do is to avoid chocolate, tomato products, caffeine, spicy foods, and alcohol. So I highly suggest trying this book.
