    "Very Little Substance"

The audio book is a recital of scientific studies with very little additional substance added. I'm all for backing up your beliefs with studies, but at least add some additional information. This audio book felt a lot like someone reading a few blog posts.

"I did not enjoy this book enough to even finish it"

Not a good running book. I don't agree with his option, it doesn't inspire me to run, and is not written well.
