Wow This book woke me up big time!

I realized that I thought of eating pizza as being a celebration where I could eat as much as I wanted with no limit. There are so many foods that I thought of as being rewards I am shocked at my way of thinking.

Thank you author for the best of books.

The author’s information is spot on. He explains in detail why our foods, meal timing and lack of nutrients cause us to feel unhappy, anxious and exhausted and why weight gain and poor mood often ensue. He gives the reader easy to understand protocols for determining what is at the basis of your food struggles and how to change it through food and/or supplements

Sherry S. Williams the author I love to follow. This is the best book ever written to help the heavy persons shed all the pounds you need to and fix the bad moods that effect most people in today’s society. Also great for diabetics. I highly recommend this book!! It's a life changer.
