    Great book and great diet principle! I was intrigued by friends that had done the Whole30. I bought the book in advance to listening for myself and decided to take on the challenge as well.     Yes it is a challenge to beat and follow. This 30 Day Whole Food Challenge is much more than a simple diet cookbook, It's a clean eating plan which involves reducing the intake of alcohol, dairy products, sugar and some other ingredients we usually consume in large quantities as people.
