I love 30-day challenges. It gives it simple to only stay focused for one month and that's it. After 30 days you are into the motion of things and it isn't difficult to maintain. This book is uniquely amazing as it uses the 30-day challenge idea with Paleo and who could ask for a real!

Informative audio book

I am doing a low carbohydrate (but not totally Paleo) diet. There are a lot of great recipes in this book. I've already made about half a dozen of the meat dishes, several of the veggies and a dessert. The book is well laid out and truly has a wide variety of types of dishes. I've purchased several of these types of cookbooks, and by far this one is the best. Several co-workers have already ordered their own after looking through mine.

Paleo diets are becoming very popular. The author of this cookbook has taken the time to highlight the basics of the diet, share the origins, and give an acceptable list of ingredients. The book begins with instructions on how to "go paleo"

best audio book

The recipes are delicious and nutritious. I love the exclusion of grain because it's the main reason I was in such dire straits with memory and cognitive capability. All that brain fog and memory loss. Going high-fat really changes my life and slimmed my waistline. Why are we listening to the grain companies about health, again? None of them have formal education in nutrition or health.

These are really delicious, really easy recipes. I am do not adhere to a strict Paleo diet. But I found these recipes to be appropriate for just about anyone.

This book isn’t another ordinary Paleo Diet book with the same old content. It purposely provides you with all the necessary knowledge about what Paleo really is. Where does it come from and since when is it effective. If you ever wondered why is Paleo Diet so famous and recommended by nutritionist, you will have the answer in it.

The 30 Day Paleo Guide to Lose Weight

I have seen dozens of books on Paleo-diet since this trend began a few years ago. However, very few books are as significant as this one. Here I found not only much information on the diet itself, its benefits and how to adopt the diet, but also great recipes. Recipes included for the 30-day challenge are complete with breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. An ideal book for you to start your Paleo-diet and follow on through it for a whole month at least.

The book was ok. An index would have made it easier to follow. I would also recommend a shopping list if one is to follow the daily recipes. Serving size would be appreciated.
