There's so many unknowns of how the brain works and how everything is processed. But here you get to learn what areas of the brain operate in the here and now, controls stress, anxiety to everything else. I understood how these life examples to understand the effects of disruptions and minor disappointments cause different reactions. These examples are just a piece of who we are, and sometimes we fall short in negative situations versus the actual results of developing confidence by harnessing better qualities.
