I know this place well. And I really am grateful for Lozano's effort to those who, like me, have found themselves lost in "overthinking, emotional exhaustion, and the silent struggle of feeling stuck."

Although the content is pretty similar to other books on the same subject, I liked the part where the author linked stress and anxiety to our food. I think its a major actor in the stressors of today with all the processed food we consume.

I’ve listened to a lot of self-help books, but this one felt different. It doesn’t try to "fix" you or throw a bunch of unrealistic advice at you, it actually feels like the author gets it. I appreciated the parts about burnout and emotional exhaustion. It’s something I’ll be returning to on tough days for sure.
