Meh...

Based on the other reviews, I thought this book would contain some new, groundbreaking information. Honestly, when I reached the grocery list recommendation, I was already bored with the book. Then, when I heard the recommendation to eat grains and other potentially inflammatory foods, such as dairy and eggs, that was it for me. I skipped ahead to see if I was missing out on any new information. Sadly, no. The other issue i had with this audiorecording, was the halting speech pattern of the narrator that was reminiscent of Captain Kirk. Made it very difficult to pay attention to the information and really started to annoy me after awhile. I will continue my search...

Only get this if you really dont know anything about your condition as it is too basic

It has a few facts but really the reviews that suggest it is amazing, well it isn’t. I have had a thyroid condition for ten years and hoped right through the book it would reveal something groundbreaking but it did not it spoke very broadly regarding the thyroid and all its myriad of symptoms that only a small part was relevant to me.
