Healing The Heart

Your 3D experiences are a reflection of sedimented emotions in your heart. Everything that happens is regulated by those emotions which form what is known as the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is your operating system per se. You do not consciously choose what you want in life; the sedimented emotions in your heart choose for you. Now, imagine if you have trauma. That trauma will dictate what you experience. It will never stop unless you heal and cultivate a new wave of emotions.
