healthy Meats, healthy fats and a good variety of

Very nice book. As have stated this is really just a mash-up of other diet plans and philosophies that are out there but it is nice to see them put in one book.To be honest every diet plan these days is essentially the same, healthy Meats, healthy fats and a good variety of vegetables.

anyone easily learn them with a little practice
