The different types of headaches are described. One is also reminded to tell your doctor about all your symptoms.
I was hoping to get more difinitive self help.
The narrator was at times difficult to understand

Only listen/read this book if you have no intention to do research on the internet.

As a tour guide, I always make a point not to judge someone trying to speak English if it is clearly not their first language. However, I had to concentrate really hard to catch everything this narrator was saying. His cadences were also off, so very difficult to keep the thread.

Also, as a migraine sufferer, I was hoping to get new information, but everything this author said can be gleaned from doing an internet search.

So, if you - the reader/listener - have not done any research or intend to do research on the internet, then this book is for you. However, get a copy of it rather than listening to it.

But, if you have done internet research, this book offers no new or unique information. It won’t be worth your time and money.

Narrator was hard to understand with accent.

I felt the author didn’t back up his theory enough and didn’t offer broad enough information to be helpful.

the narrator is to difficult to understand

I didn't enjoy this book. i had to really focus on the narrators accent which made it unenjoyable for me. however, the book did provide some good explanations of the different type of headaches and possible treatment

Worst book on tape ever!

No useful information contained in this extremely brief report. Too short to even be called a book. You can get better information from WebMD. This is a joke and I will be demanding a credit refund
