Good Story

Enjoyed this story and narrator. Only complaint is that I didn't like how some important background details were revealed a piece here & there. I don't mean details that could be spoilers, I mean details that would have helped the listener understand what was going on. Overall it kept my interest and rounded out well.

Nice easy listen

This is not a deep character driven book but highly entertaining and flows great! Nice easy read that you dont have to pay super close attention to.

I can not believe the stupidity of the heroine

I firmly believe that if someone is that stupid to wind up marrying someone after a one night stand, that she deserves all that comes her way! if it weren't for the baby, I'd have been rooting for the bad guy. TERRIBLE character. makes you hate her and her stupid choices!

This is my kind of book

Emotionally Charged

You have to pity Kaitlyn being in such a toxic relationship with Alex. Listener is calling out for her to leave but you cannot help willing her on at every turn & issue she is faced with & I loved the way she finds strength despite everything.
The narrator gives an excellent account of all the characters & am looking forward to more from the author.

I was hooked from the beginning

I was pleasantly surprised by this book. It has mixed reviews so I wasn't sure how I would like it but I thought it was very enjoyable. I was hooked from the beginning. I did find the main character frustrating at times, she was supposedly very well educated but seemed to make weird choices. There were also quite a few twists at the end that I wasn't expecting. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys domestic thrillers.

Slow and steady

I haven't stayed in one person"s head throughout an entire book. This seems to work for this story. All in all it was a pleasant book.

Finished in a day

I couldn't stop listening to this book!! What a great story. The author is amazing with her writing and the narrator put it into a movie playing out in my mind. Loved it!! 😀😀😀

Excellent book

The characters are so real. Narrator did a superb job. The twists were great. I recommend this book to all mystery/thriller readers!
