Unexpected but great final chapter

Excellent narration, and an excellent set of stories put together by a neutral voice. The ending of this book was a bit of a surprise, but a welcome and eye opening one.

A well crafted book

Richard Estep tells his paranormal investigation stories in a down-to-earth and matter-of-fact way. Unlike some of the ghost hunting shows on TV, this book does not sensationalize, nor are there smoke and mirrors.

I chose his book hoping to be educated in the ways of a modern day "ghost hunter". I was thoroughly educated and entertained. I remain a skeptic, but I am more aware that the "things" I see out of the corner of my eye may not just be caused by lack of sleep or flights of fancy.

The final chapter is the story of Kyle. You will truly re-evaluate your definition of "hero" and what it means to be one.

I listened to the entire book in one day, unable to take the earbuds out! I can't wait to add more of Richard Estep books to my Audible library.

Did not disappoint

As usual Richard has captured something that everyone is at least a little curious about or like me a little obsessed with. Thanks again for you writing.

mediocre.

the writing is mediocre (for example, the author literally uses a quora post as a story).

the narrator is garbage and it is difficult to sustain one's attention since his narration is so unfitting.

great read!

loved the stories, just wish their was more of them! Makes you think of the extra BS doctors and nurses put up with, that we don't credit them for! also the last story was A loving good one.

Great but Short Paranormal Book

Hospital hauntings and nurse encounters are something is always been interested in. Facebook has a pretty great collection of interesting happenings. It's definitely worth picking up.

The narrator was okay. He was a little too chipper to bring the right kind of atmosphere but he wasn't bad I guess.

Ghosty Stuff

This is an ok account of brushes with the dead and not-so-dead. It was a little too brief to provide more than a nod to the validity of paranormal events. However, it did hold my interest.

Narration is fine.

a lovely book not a scary book

I was hoping for something scary but this book was more wholesome and focused more on the humanity than the spooky

Decent audiobook, buuuut...

I enjoyed it, but as an Australian myself, the fake Aussie accent was SO cringe-worthy.
