I was captivated
Two timelines, two couples in the gripping story of a young woman striking out on her own and finding herself. Did not see the plot twist coming at all!

Promising but misses the mark
The story has great promise, but this is more of a romance novel set in a spooky atmosphere, written in a somewhat juvenile style, dwelling needlessly on the sexual details and Lexi's immature emotional reactions, irrelevant descriptions along the way as if paid by the word, and read in a manner more akin to reading a bedtime story to a youth than in a gravitas for an adult. All not bad, and I don't mean to be uncharitable; just not a great experience.

another great read from this author!
I'm really getting hooked on this author. This is my sixth book of her's and I really enjoyed it! The narrator's voice was jarring at first, but I grew to like her.

Really enjoyed it
I really enjoyed listening to this book. The story takes place in 2 timelines and really pulled me in. The narrator does a wonderful job of bringing each character to life.

Another Masterpiece!
I loved Haunted Ground! I was entertained and engaged in the story as I have been with all of this author's work. I love the paranormal aspect of the stories, the well developed characters and storylines. I have listened to the Wonderland Series, and the Echoes from the Past series and highly recommend both of those as well.
(I loved this narrator, too!)

Gripping. Fantastic writer and narrator.

Love the plot
You can’t go wrong with this book or any of Irina Shapiro’s books. I loved the twist and turns of the story. It’s a must listen to. You won’t regret listening to it!

Another wonderful story from Irina Shapiro
I loved this book and the narrator was very good. if you love Outlander (Diana Gabaldon)and Susanna Kearsley's books then in my opinion you will love Irina Shapiro's books!
