The best book of J.K. Rowling
Well, in my opinion this is the best book on Harry Potter’s series, besides being a book that makes a transition on the story. So far, the series has presented Lord Voldemort as a shadow, as a threat many wizards believed was eliminated, and that left many scars in the magical orld.
However, Rowling has so well written the story that it is only possible to understand how real the danger is when we reaches the end of the book, and we are faced with the sudden death of a student. It's as if the author wants to show readers that things are getting very real.
Regarding the narrative, I think it's perfect: the tone of voice, the different voices created to highlight the quality of each character ... everything is great.

Stephen Fry does it again
I have read all the Harry Potter books at least once, but experiencing them as audiobooks is something else.
Each day I couldn’t wait to get out of class to put on my headphones and listen to this story, brilliantly read (as always) by Stephen Fry. It is a joy to listen as Mr Fry gives life to JK Rowling’s magical world - I am well and truly hooked!

First long audiobook to finish
I listened to it at bedtime so it took me a while to finish but it was very pleasant to read it again after so many years. I think it also makes a huge difference who does the voice. Moving on to the order of the phoenix!

Wonderful story and brilliantly narrated
Grew up with the books, so might be biased.
I loved the books growing up, but around the fourth book was when I started to distance myself a bit from them. They were getting a bit more mature with love, and darker themes. Somethings I wasn't ready for at that age. Rereading the book as an adult now - and also knowing the ending of the story - I have an all new appreciation of the them. This book is the beginning of something darker and more serious, and I love it!
