Publisher's Summary

Magic always comes at a price.

Harley is a ticking time bomb, ready to detonate with uncontrollable magic. The only solution? Find the Voodoo Queen of New Orleans, make some risky deals, and balance the Light and Darkness within her - before she’s torn apart, atom by atom.

If only she didn’t have a million other problems standing in her way.

The new Director of the San Diego Coven isn’t exactly friendly, and Katherine has already gained untold power. More than ever, Harley needs answers about the rituals Katherine plans to perform to become like Eris, goddess of discord and destruction.

Wade knows that Harley is strong enough to win this battle - not to mention stubborn, overconfident, and wildly reckless. True to his proud family lineage, he’s always played by the rules. But for one girl, he’s willing to bend those rules, to lie, to give his life. Because love can make a person do crazy things....

My favorite book!

This was my favorite book since starting this series! I have no idea how she could have read and preformed over half the things in this book! I highly recommend this book!!!

Starting to get repetitive

The character keep just failing. The story line is getting repetitive and from reviews of the next books doesn't improve.

What happened?

What happened? I want the same reading experience of the first three books back. This one circled the drain for a really long time before it thankfully ended.

tooooo long and drawn out.....get to the end

I can't place where I have heard this story line but I have been anle to know the surprised bad ppl before you get into the story. This book should have ended now but there is more.. ..so drawn out ...just way to slow a pace to really keep your attention.

Enjoyed this story

I'm starting to wish these stories were made into a block buster movie, since the characters are so believable and the story so jammed packed with emotions, action, and tragedy, Im moving on to part 6!

Addictive!

Once I start listening to each story, I can’t stop, walking round the house, driving, even when waking up in the night I have to continue to follow Harley’s adventures... really hoping they make a tv series out of these books!!

Getting better and better. Just can't stop listeni

Finch is my new favourite character. I can imagine this little nugget being made into a series or something. It's pretty good. And each books gets better and better. Particularly from book 4 or 5 onwards. Really enjoying. Easy to listen to and I can't wait to move on to the next book while I wait for my next credit!

Ok... but the previous books were better!

I felt like this book lost its way a bit... the previous books were great but I just didn’t enjoy this one as much. Still great characters and I’ll look forward to the next instalment!!

Getting to be a bit 'samey'

The narration was really odd on this one, some the accents...Irish? Creole? The Irish one was basically America with the word Mum said differently, t he Creole accent was..... Well just plain comical, not like it should by have been.

The stories are becoming very much the same, just with slightly differing settings.
