Happy After All

I’m convinced EVERYONE wants to be happy! After a family tragedy, I spent years just barely surviving. Happiness was not even a target. Remarkedly, I am happy again. Now I want everyone to be happy too. Admittedly, there is no 1-2-3 to avoiding the pain and loss reality throws at us, but I have found a few happiness hacks that work for me. If they work for me, they can work for you!
