The author admits the things he's mentioning isn't ground breaking or hasn't been mentioned before but the tips and ideas aren't time consuming and can create a positive change in ones life. I think I would need PDA to really apply the habits. I really like the awareness the book brings that a little well spent time can go a long way. Also a pleasant voice to listen to. I'm happy for the purchase
