Publisher's Summary

If you’re looking to change your habits for good without resorting to unhealthy and impractical processes, pay attention....

So, here’s the deal. You’ve tried all the “clean eating” plans available online...you’ve tried making new resolutions every morning...you’ve worked your butt off at the gym...but you still look at it as nothing but time spent, with nothing great coming out of it or, as a matter of fact, with things having gotten worse than before. And no matter how hard you try, you just cannot get rid of that smoking or drinking habit. Sound familiar?

If it does sound, the audiobook Habit Stacking: Achieve Health, Wealth, Mental Toughness and Productivity Through Habit Changes might be your answer.

This is because it is not some 1,200-calorie diet consisting of things such as sweet potatoes and white fish that will not only ruin your metabolism, but also your day. These types of plans only leave you feeling worse than before. It is a well-researched and scientifically constructed audiobook with simple-to-follow information that gives you the maximum results with the least effort possible.

This guide is aimed at improving your overall mind-set, which will lead to an improvement in your overall performance. You will discover that this audiobook addresses the main problems you have with changing your bad habits. For example, the number one problem with going on a diet is that you cannot stick to healthy food for too long. In this habit-stacking guide, you will discover ways to stick to healthy diet habits and overcome those hunger cravings that are so difficult to ignore.

Here are some habits you can incorporate in your daily routine to improve your health as soon as possible:

  • Get sufficient sleep for healthy living
  • Get involved in something new that promotes a healthy lifestyle
  • Improve your fitness by working on strength and flexibility
  • Laughter for healthy living

This is not about fast results, but more about ways to achieve long-term benefits by acquiring good habits.

There are two questions that you must ask yourself: Why am I listening to this audiobook? Am I looking for some magic formula that will get me to quit smoking overnight? Well, maybe not overnight, but this audiobook can get you on a program that can help get rid of the habit permanently.

If you want to learn about the best ways to acquire new healthy habits or develop some that will help you achieve certain objectives in your life such as weight loss or giving up vices, just click on the “Buy Now” button on the page and get started with a journey into a healthier, more fulfilling personal life.

Good to have

The big take away from the book for me was the 3 habit types, the amount of time it takes to start making changes, and adding it into routines you already have.

Learned a lot

However, home life is mismanaged and unruly. I shrink from micro managing my peaceful home life but this book gave me some great tools to strengthen habits I wish I had like reading every single day, keeping track of expenses daily, and other things. It helps me go home and accomplish goals in small intentional ways every day without getting out of work just to go home and work. You will get inspired to manage your life better.

Understandable

I would recommend this book to people who are looking for a basic framework on how to build habits in a progressive manner across different areas of life. If that sounds familiar or rudimentary, I would look elsewhere for ideas; perhaps on his website for additional material.

I'm going through the book.

I'm going through the book. I'll dig into it later as I want to go through The Anti-Procrastination Habit first.
