Now you have options

Now after getting this book I'm happy that I have it because it contains diet recipes for Salad, meat, soup recipes, egg recipes, snacks, even it contains drinks and sauces recipes too. I have all kinds of recipes right at one place.

There is no such things as miracle diet, even the HCG diet. The right diet program and consistency are key to losing weight. You also must not depend on diet alone. A combination of regular exercise, proper diet, and a sound mindset will help get to your goals.

Over 200 Recipes

You will love this cookbook. Even if you have not tried the HCG diet, the book has great no sugar, no fat recipes that you will LOVE! If you are looking for low calorie recipes that taste great; this is the book for you! Chicken tacos, Chili, Tomato Basil Chicken, BBQ Chicken were my favorites. Plenty of fish and seafood recipes, soups, salads, drinks. I'm not so sure I could have followed the HCG protocol had it not been for this book! Great recipes with a variety of ethnic flavors! The different flavor profiles have kept me from getting bored with the diet. The book has even inspired me to create many other recipes based on the flavors imparted into the foods in this book. Don't try the HCG diet without it! Just wanted to take a minute to let others know that this is my second time around with this diet and i can't imagine how I did it the first time without the book. It is absolutely excellent. It allows you to plan your two meals per day under the calorie limit. Every recipe has a quick summmary at the side indicating the total fat,calories and also if it includes a protein, veg, fruit or melba. It makes daily menu planning a breeze.

Couldn't have done HCG without out!

The recipes in this book make doing the HDG VLC effortless! I'd pick a protein and a veg and they were all flavorful and easy to make. It helps that some meals combine the protein and the veg, that way it's all done in one dish. Just keep diced onion and garlic on hand and you're good to go!

Heat chicken broth in a saucepan over medium-high flame. Put all spices and mix until dissolved. Add meat, onion, and garlic. Stir in stevia to make the dish a bit sweeter. Sauté until half of the cooking liquid has evaporated. Add water as needed while stirring often until you reach the desired consistency for the sauce. Heat chicken broth and vinegar in a pan over medium-high flame. Stir in onion and garlic, and cook for a couple of minutes. Add meat and sauté for 10 minutes or until both sides are cooked. Deglaze the pan with water as needed and stir until the sauce thickens. Transfer meat to a plate and drizzle sauce on top. Serve while hot.

I can see already that this book is going to be a huge help with my diet. The book itself is very detailed and covers everything. I have to say this book was the reason my round went so well. When I first did the diet years ago I had limited information, but had my friend doing it with me for support. This round I was on my own and no one truly believed it would work or that I’d get through it. I’ve tried this diet and failed many times and after debating whether to get the book or not, I decided what the heck. I have never been someone who journals, but this book is a game changer.

Classic dishes with a modern touch

If you're going on the HCG diet, this is an invaluable resource. It was the only cookbook I bought so I can't compare with anything else, but has lots of creative ways to use your approved foods. The book contains excellent salads and appetizers- some are based on leftovers; soups, vegetable, chicken, beef, seafood, desserts, and beverages. Each category contains healthy and delicious recipes that will make it easier for you to stick to the diet. The recipes are simple enough and some are clearly better than others. With this audio book, every recipe I have made has been fairly easy to make and has turned out really well. Again, this from someone who wasn't cooking much. I've found the variety of foods refreshing and the dishes flavorful and in only at £18.29 the whole package (Includes Top 50 HCG Recipes, Top HCG Vegetarian Recipes, Top HCG Mexican Recipes) in within 6 hours. Wonderful recipes in this book that are really fulling. This book is great for the "do-it-yourself's" who want to make sauces with out all those chemicals additives and harmful extras. I have been on the HCG diet for 3 months as of this posting and I've lost almost 50 pounds. I'm in "Phase 3" of this diet and this same book has "Phase 3" modifications to what you've already been doing to your meal plans. I have also ordered the HCG maintenance and I can't wait to try those recipes. Highly recommended!

New ideas for modern world!

This was a real good book with many, many wonderful recipes & helpful giving some very explicit explanations about the HCG diet itself. Using the wonderful different recipes helped me not to get bored with my daily meals.

Best HCG Cookbook!

I ordered several cookbooks for the hcg protocol and found the rest were a waste of my money compared to this one! Great recipes to help guide you through an otherwise boring food plan! Have done HCG for several years and spent fun times in the kitchen working with the restrictions the diet puts in front of you. This book is exceptionally creative it has become my Su Chef. I have made recipes all from this book throughout my 30 day journey. I forgot the hard copy at home and had to download the digital copy. Great recipes and easy to make. I bought this audiobook since I'm going on the hcg diet. This book is great and the recipes are so simple even I can fix them very happy I ordered it. I highly recommend it!

Realistic way to lose weight

Excellent Ideas and substitutions, and this 'diet' WORKS!

The HGC Cookbook has some delicious ideas that includes substitutions for food that are keeping us fat and bloated... after 41 days following this program, I am down 24 inches and 27 pounds and feel amazing! Good work Tammy!

Don't Do HCG without this book

This is a great book if you are starting the diet. You will need a kitchen scale to weigh your meats. 100 Grams is 3.5 oz. His recipes are tasty, easy to prepare, and usually make two servings. or you can double to have extra. I eat one, put one in my container for next day. all of the meals can be prepared ahead of time (I do mine on Sunday evenings) and put into those 2 compartment plastic containers and you basically can become your own diets to go. Okay, the HCG is not the diet for everyone and the only people who I've met who have gained their weight back went right back to eating whatever they wanted. If you have the will power and determination to try this diet, buy this book ahead of time and plan around it. It's easy enough to adjust the recipes (if you know how to cook or use Wolfram Alpha) to make multiple servings of these and honestly, this is a lot of food per sitting. It was also easy to modify these recipes as starting points for variations. Everything I have made, I have loved and often, the kids are hovering around asking what smells so good!
