Now you have options

Now after getting this book I'm happy that I have it because it contains diet recipes for Salad, meat, soup recipes, egg recipes, snacks, even it contains drinks and sauces recipes too. I have all kinds of recipes right at one place.

There is no such things as miracle diet, even the HCG diet. The right diet program and consistency are key to losing weight. You also must not depend on diet alone. A combination of regular exercise, proper diet, and a sound mindset will help get to your goals.

Over 200 Recipes

You will love this cookbook. Even if you have not tried the HCG diet, the book has great no sugar, no fat recipes that you will LOVE! If you are looking for low calorie recipes that taste great; this is the book for you! Chicken tacos, Chili, Tomato Basil Chicken, BBQ Chicken were my favorites. Plenty of fish and seafood recipes, soups, salads, drinks. I'm not so sure I could have followed the HCG protocol had it not been for this book! Great recipes with a variety of ethnic flavors! The different flavor profiles have kept me from getting bored with the diet. The book has even inspired me to create many other recipes based on the flavors imparted into the foods in this book. Don't try the HCG diet without it! Just wanted to take a minute to let others know that this is my second time around with this diet and i can't imagine how I did it the first time without the book. It is absolutely excellent. It allows you to plan your two meals per day under the calorie limit. Every recipe has a quick summmary at the side indicating the total fat,calories and also if it includes a protein, veg, fruit or melba. It makes daily menu planning a breeze.

Couldn't have done HCG without out!

The recipes in this book make doing the HDG VLC effortless! I'd pick a protein and a veg and they were all flavorful and easy to make. It helps that some meals combine the protein and the veg, that way it's all done in one dish. Just keep diced onion and garlic on hand and you're good to go!

Heat chicken broth in a saucepan over medium-high flame. Put all spices and mix until dissolved. Add meat, onion, and garlic. Stir in stevia to make the dish a bit sweeter. Sauté until half of the cooking liquid has evaporated. Add water as needed while stirring often until you reach the desired consistency for the sauce. Heat chicken broth and vinegar in a pan over medium-high flame. Stir in onion and garlic, and cook for a couple of minutes. Add meat and sauté for 10 minutes or until both sides are cooked. Deglaze the pan with water as needed and stir until the sauce thickens. Transfer meat to a plate and drizzle sauce on top. Serve while hot.

I can see already that this book is going to be a huge help with my diet. The book itself is very detailed and covers everything. I have to say this book was the reason my round went so well. When I first did the diet years ago I had limited information, but had my friend doing it with me for support. This round I was on my own and no one truly believed it would work or that I’d get through it. I’ve tried this diet and failed many times and after debating whether to get the book or not, I decided what the heck. I have never been someone who journals, but this book is a game changer.

Classic dishes with a modern touch

If you're going on the HCG diet, this is an invaluable resource. It was the only cookbook I bought so I can't compare with anything else, but has lots of creative ways to use your approved foods. The book contains excellent salads and appetizers- some are based on leftovers; soups, vegetable, chicken, beef, seafood, desserts, and beverages. Each category contains healthy and delicious recipes that will make it easier for you to stick to the diet. The recipes are simple enough and some are clearly better than others. With this audio book, every recipe I have made has been fairly easy to make and has turned out really well. Again, this from someone who wasn't cooking much. I've found the variety of foods refreshing and the dishes flavorful and in only at £18.29 the whole package (Includes Top 50 HCG Recipes, Top HCG Vegetarian Recipes, Top HCG Mexican Recipes) in within 6 hours. Wonderful recipes in this book that are really fulling. This book is great for the "do-it-yourself's" who want to make sauces with out all those chemicals additives and harmful extras. I have been on the HCG diet for 3 months as of this posting and I've lost almost 50 pounds. I'm in "Phase 3" of this diet and this same book has "Phase 3" modifications to what you've already been doing to your meal plans. I have also ordered the HCG maintenance and I can't wait to try those recipes. Highly recommended!

What a great addition!!




I have been on the HCG Diet for several rounds. In many respects this is the easiest diet I've ever been on -- all except the boredom factor. HCG Diet James Cookbook has been a wonderful aid in helping me stick to protocol. I have only had the book maybe two weeks and have already found several recipes that I'll be using when I'm totally off the diet. They are SO tasty! Though rather expensive, I would tell you that this cookbook is VERY worth the money. If you are spending the money on the HCG to lose the weight, don't sabotage yourself by getting so bored with the food that you "fall off the wagon." This cookbook could be the second key necessary to your dieting success. (HCG itself being the first.) Got a sweet tooth? Make things easy for yourself and while you are buying this book buy some flavored liquid Stevia too. Chocolate and vanilla are my favorites. Chocolate being hard to find. Add it to your Audible order (As It is less expensive on Audible!

Have to have book for the HCG'er

I was hesitant to buy this book due to the price, but decided to because of the Summary. I am SO happy I did. I am on the Homeopathic HCG and have lost 12lbs in 9 days. This book helped me do that. The information is straight forward, well written, and the recipes are fantastic. It even gave me inspiration to create some of my own. Kudos to Tammy Skye for being so creative with so little ingredients. I am impressed!

Holy Smokes! Good Recipes


I am a foodie who decided to "punish" myself with another crazy diet. I figured 3 weeks of eating 500 cal. per day was going to be an experience akin to medieval torture. My doctor recommended this cookbook. It was cheap for the Audible (It was priced $26.99 for the paperback), so I thought I'd add it to my vast cookbook collection (I'm sure I have more than 150 by now).
I've now made 3 of the recipes and I'm very excited about the next 3 weeks. The recipes are simple and make ingenious use of the very limited choices of foods on the hCG diet plan. I had chicken curry for lunch and lemon asparagus with sweet and sour shrimp for dinner. Wow. I would make all 3 of these even if I wasn't on the diet. Highly recommend this book!

WoW!

Some people simply need to "reset" their metabolism in order to lose weight and inches. My wife and I have been married almost 9 years. This woman eats like a bird and exercises religiously. Yet she had very little results losing any weight or inches. After following the instructions from chiropractor on the use of HCG drops, along with the meals from this book, I examined the weight & inches melt off of her week after week. She is now wearing the same size clothes as when we were married 12 years ago! Wow, does she look beautiful!

FANTASTIC FIND!!!

The HCG diet does not work overnight. It is a long process that requires hard work, patience, and self-control. It is best if you’ll be monitored by a health professional throughout the process. On average, you can lose up to 30 pounds per month in this kind of diet program.

This is a 'must have' if you're going on the HCG Diet. Recipes are quick to prepare. Easy to cook multiples and refrigerate in individual containers to bring for lunch. Favorites are: Chicken Sausage with Apple, Rosemary Chicken, Chicken with Basil, Oregano Chicken, Chicken Paprika, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Chicken Bruschetta, Stuffed Chicken Rolls, Chicken BBQ

This is the most important but is commonly the most overlooked phase of the diet plan. This is critical to the success of the diet since your body will begin to adapt to the intake of the HCG hormone and how it works.

Lots of recipes to choose from!

I tried a lot of them while on my diet, and continue to use them now that I’m done. This really helped me to stay on the diet and broke up the monotony that can be, being on the HCG diet.

Diet, diet, diet...

This book contains proven steps and strategies on how to understand the basics of the HCG diet and how it can help you in losing weight. It contains a list of the allowed foods that you can turn into a variety of recipes and other vital information about the diet that will help you, especially in the beginning of the process.

Cook each tortilla by frying them one by one in a pan with hot oil over medium or high fire. Make sure that both sides of the tortillas are fried for around one minute or until it has become crispy. It is ideal to cook this recipe using a deep fryer. But if you do not have a deep fryer, you can simply a medium-sized frying pan with around ¾ cup of oil. If you will use a deep fryer, follow the instructions that come with the fryer.

Beyond my expectations!!

I am always skeptical about buying products online, that I can't touch and look through. I'm also a little skeptical about product reviews, whether or not they might be planted by the seller. So if you're like me, then rest assured this is a fabulous cookbook and chalked full of delicious recipes. I don't know if I would be able to do this diet without it! Like the previous comments, the food list is VERY limited and a person would burn out fast, if they didn't make them appetizing. This cookbook adds spice and flavor in every dish. I don't feel deprived of eating delicious food, because I am. I also want to mention, not to be intimidated with the word "Gourmet", in the title. You can buy all the ingredients at your local supermarket. These recipes are really no fuss and simple to make. Trust me, I hate to cook and this cookbook has made the task more enjoyable. I really can't say enough POSITIVE things about the cookbook. Even my daughter, who is the pickiest of eaters, wants to eat what I make from the cookbook. It really is a essential staple, if you're doing the HCG diet. Thank you, Tammy Skye for making this cookbook, I'm anxiously awaiting for your second book to come out.

Good Accompaniment for the HCG protocol

This book was a lifesaver! Good recipe book for HCG. ketchup recipe is a huge hit even with the none dieter in my house and much healthier than store bought. Lots of effective information about HCG diet gathered in this book. I learned so many things. There are some effective recipes for losing fat. Love this book!!

I was fading fast on HCG as a vegetarian, I didn't know what to eat and what I did eat was so bland. Then I found Abraham's cookbook and starting coaching sessions with him. After making meals from the cookbook I felt so much more confident about continuing with HCG and lost 22.4 lbs in 28 days. I loved my coaching sessions with Abraham because she has such great info but also is a good listener. She listens to me and what my concerns were and helped me. He inspired me to adopt a whole food plant based diet after I finished with HCG and I feel amazing! My energy level soared and I make it through the day with ease now. I sleep better and my skin looks amazing. Even though I'm done with HCG I continue to use Abraham's recipes in this book in my everyday life.

Genuinely like this book, an abundance of intriguing information was learned about how to lose weight in a short time. There are additionally good recipes in this book.I purchase this book from amazon and authentically get subsidiary content from here this HCG diet cookbook. Makes the HCG diet so much easier.

This is a great cookbook. The options are endless. I really like that you can just buy bulk of several ingredients and use them for the majority of the recipes. For example, stock up on lemon juice, cabbage, Apple Cider Vinegar, garlic, white onions...
My favorite recipe so far has been the French Onion Soup recipe. Delicious!! I also liked the Crab Bisque recipe too. The recipes are really filling believe it or not.

Great plan, not hungry

Today, I have started my phase 2, using this book I think I have finally found a diet for me that will work. I have tried many before, only to get frustrated and quit. This book is good in describing how to exactly follow the diet, foods allowed (which I am surpised I acutaully like more than half of them), and recipies that are awesome. I have made 2 diffenet soups, and lemonade from the book today. It is filling and great tasting. I also have to mention, that I live in a very small town, and the local grocery store carried everything I looked for today. Including the melba bread. I think this is the diet for me. I will definately reccomend it to anyone looking to lose weight. I just hope if I follow these recipes that I will lose the weight. I absolutely LOVE this cookbook and HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone doing the HCG diet. The recipes are so flavorful, inexpensive, and super easy. My husband and I like them so much we will be eating them for our entire lifetime. In addition, the author gives some excellent tips throughout the book, helping you stick to the strict HCG protocol, while not feeling deprived of options. My favorites are Mongolian Beef with Cabbage, The Chili is incredible, and Curried Shrimp with Tomatoes. BUY THIS BOOK!!

A mit have cookbook and protocol for success

I’ve been on this diet 3 times. First time I did it as instructed and it was a miserable 5 weeks for 20lbs. But I kept it off for 3 years. I then tried it again and failed. The bland food eating it every day I couldn’t take it. Then 3rd time. I had food delivered to me. No. Shipped from out of state the food was disgusting by day 3. Then I found this book. Wow. I spend a day each prepping beef, seafood and chicken for a total of 5 weeks to prepare. As I was on diet I did this. Wow. The recipes are great. The portions are correct and I’m loosing even faster than the first time. I should be done right at the 4 week mark. Btw. This is 5 years after my first go at the diet. Listen the audiobook before you go on the diet. It’s very helpful to prepare mentally before. Thanks James Abraham.
