A MUST read for trainers or anyone in the gym who wants to know more than the trainers!

I’m blown away by any negative comments on this book. It’s so typical I know best/gym bro of them. Let me tell you, I have a Kinesiology degree, a teaching certificate, I was a marine training nco, martial arts instructor, and I’ve been personal training for 10 years. THIS BOOK IS A MUST READ! I want everyone I work with to read or listen to it. So many theories from my university within it. For new members of the gym or any trainers this should be a must. I LOVED IT! So many helpful reminders of different ways to construct a workout for what type of person and why. I wish there was more for nutrition or outside the gym but I can’t knock that because the book states from the cover, it’s the Gym side of it. If the author comes out with another for nutrition or other lifestyle changes, I will immediately get it!

To the point but could be better

I found the information/techniques told in the book helpful and specific. However, the author could have added some more information about cardio, weak points training, and nutrition. I have already started training based on the told weight training program for appearance (weight loss for beginners, for one month). I will write another review after I see the results for me.

was expecting a lot more from the book

titled gym Bibel... i had a lot more expectations from the book. Did not find anything new. narration not great.
