I like the audio book

I like the audio book, but the ingredient lists are very daunting with many obscure hard to find things listed. She keeps talking about not wanting to “count calories or macros” due to stress, but it’s stressful just thinking about the grocery list.

Great audio book

I LOVE this cookbook! I try to eat healthy and have found that my meals are so boring. This cookbook gives me the option to eat healthy without constantly eating just roasted veggies or fresh salads. I've learned about the healing properties of so many foods that I never have even thought to try. It has opened me up to a variety of new foods while allowing me to keep my boundaries around my choice to eat clean. THANK YOU!!

good !!

I purchased the audio book because iv'e been suffering from adrenal fatigue and leaky gut. The audio book is fantastic and I recommend it to everyone not just people who are suffering from illnesses, but anyone that really wants to improve there health. This audio book provided ways that you can heal emotionally through daily simple exercises you can do in 5 min, to physically with the right nutrition and supplements. It has helped me tremendously and I recommend this to anyone trying to live a healthier life or to anyone that is suffering with health issues.

I found it easy to Listen

This audio book is the perfect primer on gut health. Many books over complicate issues and obfuscate the truth by burying the lead. does none of that and puts science, and outcomes, at the center. The audio book is incredibly approachable for one grounded in scientific fact, and the case studies provide great support for his advice.
