This guide is so easy to follow, I really liked it. It would not only help you lose some weight in the process but your gut would feel so much better if you have been having some issues with it like inflammation or minor pain after eating. I really recommend it.

Beautifully narrated by Natasha Cosme! I really found this book helpful, because as we get older it seems like gut health becomes more and more difficult to manage. I thought Lara West did a great job of explaining the effects of the different types of food groups that are considered healthy and how that could translate to you feeling better or feeling worse. Especially the tip on slowly increasing or decreasing our fiber to reduce discomfort. It seems like I am always all out or all in on healthy eating which can make things worse. This book definitely helps break everything down for better decision-making!
