Publisher's Summary

Post-war Denver is ruled by the powerful Guild, an egalitarian regime intent on maintaining order at all costs. But some of the citizens remember what it was like before the fall of the old world and will stop at nothing to bring back capitalism and democracy to their city.

Meanwhile, Misha, a young farm boy with his head in the clouds, is lured in by the beautiful Kara. She holds the key to a secret that will bring Misha's world crashing down and has the potential to change his future.

Good Short that would make a great series.

Would you listen to Guild again? Why?

Probably will. It is a short story but I would love to hear more detail of what happened leading up to the 'Guild' being in charge.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Guild?

Spoiler: I wont go into detail, but how the end result of the meeting with the Guild.

What about Christopher Gallegos’s performance did you like?

Easy listen.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Moved me but not in a happy way...how the lead character was taken advantage of.

Any additional comments?

I hope this turns into a full length novel and a series. A lot could be done with this story.
