pleasant way to fall asleep

I like how easily I got to sleep with this one, it has a pleasant beach theme that mellowed me out pretty quickly.

wonderful way to fall asleep

Would you listen to Guided Sleep Meditation: Fall Asleep Faster and Get Better Sleep with Beach Hypnosis and Meditation again? Why?

Yes, I found this to be effective at getting me to sleep on a low volume, so I see myself listening to it again when I have trouble sleeping.

No variations

I found guided meditation is a helpful tool in helping me to fall asleep, however it is disappointing that there are no variations within the audiobook. You get the same exact guide with a choice of different sound effects in the background. Not what I expected. The quality, however is very well done.

Easy sleep

Easy to fall asleep with this on, beach sounds are wonderful and the narration is calming.

USELESS

Would you try another book from Twyla Paris and/or Deanna Sanders?

I would with great reservation.

What could Twyla Paris have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

I expected repetition, but too much repetition populated this recording.

Soft, soothing, sleep-inducing

Irritation. The repetition was annoying enough to keep me awake instead of putting me to sleep.
