Shrill

could not stand the narrator voice. not soothing or relaxing. I do not recommend this title.

Not Relaxing

There are long pauses between words that are not said in a relaxing way. I find myself being constantly a little startled when the talking starts again. I couldn’t make it through the first meditation.

Repetitive, poor quality, unhelpful

Very unhelpful, repetitive audio that has audio gaps that make you wonder if it's actually stopped playing or not.

Remarkable audio quality

The audio quality of this audiobook is remarkable! There is definitely no unnecessary sound or crackling when the narrator is talking. If you yearn to have a night of much more peaceful sleep then this is the audiobook for you.

No more eye bags!

What an amazing audiobook for a guided sleep meditation bundle. In fact, ever since I have been listening to it my sleep has been great with no more eye bags.
