Try all of them!

This is an impressive bundle of meditations. They are simple, but I felt very relaxed after every one of them. I don't do them all at once, that's too much for me. I space them out one per day in the morning. This works best for me and makes this a great long term investment for one credit!

Can’t fault it

Absolutely loved it

I was intrigued by the value of this collection. It has exactly what is needed to practice meditation, nothing more nothing less. It's precisely what a person should do to become more present. It teaches and then gets out of your way and allows the practice to deepen. Recommended!
