I found this to be a great introduction to meditation for teens. It explains that meditation doesn’t have to feel a certain way, which really helps you discover the style that works best for you. It also includes some muscle relaxation segments, which are my favorite, especially since I often deal with muscle tightness.

The narrator is a teenager, which makes it even more relatable for teens. She starts off speaking a bit fast (at least for me), but as the audiobook goes on, she slows down and becomes much easier to connect with. Each meditation starts with a welcome, so it’s best to listen to just one per day, as that’s how it’s designed to be used.
