A beautiful voice with a beautiful content!

Excellent information. It would be hard to implement all the advice in this book and perform all the exercises though.

Best book ever!

It was so hopeful, but the idea of floating up and out of a window on a magical floating bed that flies high above the sky did not sit well with my already anxious boy. He kept saying he was scared and that he didn't want to be alone on the beach, space, etc have the stories unfolded.

A real life saver

I got this from the library and fell in love with it. My grandson was having trouble sleeping. He is eleven years old. We both listened to it every night and found it was soothing and relaxing so I purchased. It is a real asset to his well being. I recommend it to any parent wanting to calm their child before bedtime.

Great for Kids

I got this for my daughter and son as they were having restless nights. What a great buy. My daughter is 7 and thoroughly enjoys it. She is a big reader and therefore finds it hard to switch off before falling asleep. this does the trick. I listened to it first and it has a calming effect even for adults! well worth the money.

Mindfulness or awareness of the present is something I never learned as a child, but how incredibly useful to understand that you can change the way emotional responses control us just through awareness. While it is very individual, techniques of mindfulness can be so helpful and even have long term benefits on health.
