Not enough meditation and not easy to follow

I am a very positive person, who thought I would try a bit of meditation just to make sure that I give myself some time, I tested this book and was shocked at how much it has helped and improved my life. Such an awesome audiobook

Buyer beware

I read the other 1star review and assumed the buyer got a bad download. The person did not get a bad download. This Audible is full of gaps as the narrator disappears for long periods. I will also be seeking a refund. This book is either broken or the worst guided meditation attempt I have encountered. I feel cheated out of my money.

The audible script is not working

The audible works for awhile and the there is silence - the audible stops working for a period of time and then resumes audible words for a time and then the silence returns returns
I would like "Guided Meditations" removed ant the credit re-issued to my account.
I have sixty audibles on my Amazon. This has never happened before.
I realize this is not the proper place to issue a complaint but I did not see a problem issue in the recap area concerning the Audible book recap.

More distracting than calming

I found the meditation for sleep more distracting than relaxing. It particularly annoyed me when he says something about "having a hectic day" and "deserving to get a good night's sleep". Why throw this in when he has no idea what any listener's day has been (mine had not been hectic, yet I still had trouble falling asleep), and how does someone qualify to deserve a good night's sleep, or conversely, what would you have to do to not deserve a good night's sleep. The little weird comments that were made were annoying to me, which was definitely not conducive to helping me fall asleep. I found the voice of the narrator to be better than most I've heard for meditation.

was not impressed

The breaks were very aggravating. several minutes of complete silence that made it seem like my phone was malfunctioning. When I did finally fall asleep it made me wake up in a panic when the narrator started talking

This book is fantastic it has helped me with my anxiety and I use a number of the techniques to that I stay calm.

Soothing voice
