Life Changing!!

What a fantastically worthwhile, simple to read, and influential book. With a quiet tone supported by research, the author instructs you. This book should be read by everyone. absolutely everyone.

Everything I’ve been searching for

I'm just halfway through this book, but I've already learned a ton about the research that supports the health advantages of meditation. I'm still learning how to meditate, but with the aid of this book, I'm confident it won't be a problem. I've now received answers to the most of my queries.

Highly recommended.

Since most of our thoughts are repeats from the day before, it's wonderful to use this book to provide stimulating fresh thoughts throughout the day.

If you're trying to shake off toxic thought patterns from your past or present, I highly suggest it. Great Meditation overall.

Really nice book.

They are much better than I had hoped after buying them for my grandson. He loves them because they just help him find an affirmation for the day when he meditates every day. Thank you very much for the wonderful present suggestion!
