Fairly relaxing

This is my first time doing any meditation so it may take some practice to get into the zone and really make it work. The music in the background definitley helped as I only got through around 20 minutes before it put me to sleep. It made me wake up again around an hour after falling asleep but thats fine as I was already half asleep and was knocked out again pretty much straight away.

Does what it says

The script was the same old as ive listened to in the past but the narration and production was spot on and certainly helped me with my sleeping issues

Narration spot on

For me the narration was spot on and helped me a lot in relaxing. A lot of guided meditations are sometimes to loud to relax to but I thought that this one was just right in terms of music and narration volume levels.

Great start

I felt like ive got a great start on meditation. I'm new to the game and it shown me how to do it properly and then went into the guided meditation which was pretty fascinating.

Good music and product. Some parts of the writing felt very repetitive and a little too quick for my liking. Overall, it did work in making me relaxed for bed so I gave it a 4 star

Great recommendation

My friend recommended me this book after using it to help her sleeping issues. I also have trouble sleeping so I gave it a go and it was fairly decent, it was calming enough to make me nod off pretty quickly.

Best of the ones Ive tried

Tried quite a few meditations for insomnia audiobooks and I think that this is one of the better ones. Better written and the music in the background really helps. I got the audiobook free with the credit so it was well worth it in my opinion.

Feel sleepy

Felt sleepy pretty much straight away after playing the tape. Love the calm and soothing voice of the narrator it helps a lot a long with the background music
