Not sure how it ends

The narrator was great. The story got a bit repetitive but I did fall asleep during it somewhere along the halfway point I'm guessing. So for the insomniac reading this, it worked for me and it takes me hours to fall asleep nearly every night.

I could sleep properly and fast.

After a long tiring day I used to find it really hard to sleep fast and properly but after listening to this book I could sleep properly and fast.

They wake you at the end!!!

It’s terrible. The ending wakes you up completely. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t do it. Not good at all

The voice wakes you

Not good, I wish I hadnt bought. You can barely hear the therapeutic music and the voice overlay is too loud in comparison. Every time id fall asleep she would start talking again and wake me up.

Annoying, very minimal words from narrator

Hardly any guidance, I should not have purchased this as I have another by the Mindfulness Meditation Academy. Repeat words, chuck in some ocean sounds and a bright white light.....voila.......rubbish. Wont be purchasing anymore. Bought two and both were very similar with a few words changed. My dog could have recorded better. I didn't even get to the end as the voice was to annoying.
