Pointless and repetitive

Wish I didn’t bother, tried it a few times and it didn’t help. In fact the complete repetitiveness of “breath in an imagine your growing tired, breath out and imagine falling asleep” about 1000 times for an hour stressed me out more. The handful of scenarios are wording and difficult to relate/imagine.
No worth the cost, a freebie on YouTube works better
